These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and digital services operated by DENBROOKS ENTERPRISE trading as Brooks DataHub ("we", "us", "our"), including brookshubgh.com and related vendor E-stores. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide prepaid mobile data and related digital products for customers in Ghana, including MTN data bundles, promotional MashUp packages where available, and BECE/WASSCE result-checker purchases on participating E-stores. Wholesale wallet services are available to registered vendors and agents under separate account terms.
2. Orders and delivery
You must provide a valid recipient mobile number. Data and digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Delivery times are usually seconds to minutes but may vary due to network or third-party provider conditions.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) before checkout. Payments are processed through approved payment partners (including Paystack). You are responsible for accurate payment details and authorized use of your payment method.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our platform for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized resale in breach of telecom rules, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts or orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability for any claim relating to a order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where Ghana law requires otherwise.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
